PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Neo Paints brings you special paints to beautify your exterior floor tiles and to protect your flooring from algal or fungal attack. It is a Waterbase Floor coating suitable for floor tiles, cement tiles to driveways and walkways, or on any plane cement surface. It provides a semi glossy finish and also resistant to abrasion from human and vehicular traffic.  

RECOMMENDED SURFACE

Concrete, Terrace floor tiles, Paver blocks, Drive ways and Walk ways.

*coverage area rate will vary due to factors such as method and condition of application as well as surface roughness.

APPLICATION ENVIRONMENT

Temperature required 10-40 degree C and humidity  bellow 70.

APPLICATION DETAILS & SURFACE PREPARATION

 STEP-1: CLEANING

Clean the surface of loose paints, dust, and grease. Scrub with wire brush to remove algae, fungus, and moss growth, especially on horizontal surface prone to water stagnation. If surface appears glossy use light sanding to improve better adhesion, for every smooth surface an acid wash is recommended

STEP-2: SURFACE PREPARATION

Stir the product well, Apply a self-priming coat of Neo floors by brush/roller/spray by diluting  it with 30-40% of  water.

STEP-3: APPLICATION

Allow self-priming coat for dry to 4-6 hours, Stir well and apply 2 coats by brush/roller/spray  with dilution 5-10% of water .Giving 4-6 hours between coats ,and a curing time of 48-72 hours after final coat.

SAFETY FEATURES

Non-flammable, no added lead, mercury or chromium compounds.

PRECAUTIONS

 Do not use during rain, apply only on properly dry surface. Do not apply on glossy ,smooth surface  and ceramics  tiles. Do not apply on bituminous surface and solvent based paint coated surface. Use on porous cement or ash brick wall can result in the coating peeling from the substrate.

POST APPLICATIONS INSTRUCTIONS

Allow light traffic after 48 hours of drying time and complete movement on the surface after 72 hours of drying @ 23 degree C.
