HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order with https://neopaint.com/ is easy. Firstly, Login with the existing User ID and Password. If login Id is not created, then create the Login Id with Registration form. Then login with User Id and Password. Please select the items you wish to purchase then click the Pink “Add to Cart” button to add the item in your cart. Continue doing the same process with any other items you wish to purchase. For paints, you will need to select Colour (Shade), Pack Size and Quantity. Once your shopping is complete, click on the “Cart (basket)” icon at the top right of the page to confirm your order. Click on “Checkout” to checkout.. Then follow the options given at the bottom of the page to complete the process.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you did not get the right order, you can easily return your items within 3 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Wrong order consists :- Different Colours & Damage packaging & Seal already open.

However, please make sure, In case of above three points for returning please make a video and take photos of it and drop us a mail at mails@neopaint.com OR call us at 8469329268 to return the order.

Do not forget to mention your order number & the reason of return in mail.

HOW CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT ONLINE?

When purchasing online with https://neopaint.com/, you can make the payment via the following methods:

4. UPI Apps (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay etc.)

5. EMI (Available only through selected credit cards), provided by the Payment Gateway.

ORDER INFORMATION:

If your item is dispatched locally, you will receive a notification along with an OTP. When the delivery boy comes to your doorstep, he places all the paint buckets, tools etc just outside the door. Share the OTP with him verbally, and he will enter it in his app. Upon successful validation of OTP, the order is marked as delivered.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
